_{I hope it's alright with everyone if I file Tomomi away and create a new student ;~; I feel awkward pushing my way back in here after being gone for so long so if there are any objections to my creating a new student I'll gladly reapply with the rest in the new enrollment 2 weeks from now if it's preferred!

Noe was born to a single mom, her biological father's whereabouts unknown. She was never interested in having a father figure anyway, so she didn't mind. A couple years prior to coming to HH her mother finally remarried a wealthy fellow, the owner of some company (hell if I know or care what kind of company ok shh) granting Noe 'ojousama status'. She always was a bit too simple for it though.

-She tends to come off pretty serious but that's only due to her calm nature (and also that she's too stupid to understand humor like 95% of the time)
-She's a lesbian (But she's pretty chill about the whole thing. It's about as interesting to her as the color of her hair or what she ate for breakfast. She neither advertises it nor keeps it a secret, however she is aware that it could be an embarrassment to her new family's reputation.)
-She'll believe almost anything someone tells her if she doesn't have a good reason not to. (She often gets into trouble because of this because in spite of how gullible she is and in spite of how terrible her grades are, she's always the first to offer people answers or advice)
-Her stepfather's status might be the only thing keeping her in school since she's constantly staying over breaks to take makeup exams and supplementary classes to make up for her poor grades.
-For whatever reason her mother named her Noe after Noah from the Bible, but Noe herself is not religious
-She has a fiance selected for her by her new father (Takei Hayate), but she generally avoids the issue, being completely uninterested in marrying a man. She's kind of resigned herself to the possibility that she may just have to marry him anyway though since she's so useless.}
