Occupation:
Odd Jobs/Delivery/Information broker - basically something like an errand boy in his neighborhood, and all over the island. Will do pretty much anything that needs doing to the best of his ability with the right price, and has therefore acquired a number of random skills. Because of this he also has a pretty extensive knowledge of the island and the people who inhabit it. While he doesn't actively seek out new information or sell it, he is often someone people can turn to for a bit of extra information a particular person/place/subject.

Ridiculously good memory/navigation skills | quick thinker | light on his feet
Weakness:
His grandma is his greatest weakness I whispered -- also suffers from radiation poisoning. . . nothing cool like mutations or powers or nifty scars. Just the occasional puking, nausea, headaches, fatigue, minor resulting health problems etc. Nothing fatal but it can be a hindrance.

Personality: Covers his mouth when he smiles (when he smiles with his teeth, anyway)

Background:
Lives with his grandmother, whom he calls "Gram", in a small house in INSERT NEIGHBORHOOD HERE WEEPs. His parents supposedly died from radiation poisoning when he was too young to really remember them and he was raised by his father's mother, his only known relative, instead. Over time the radiation caused her to lose her eyesight so she rarely leaves her bed. Despite this she's otherwise pretty healthy and low-maintenance, which enables Ani to be out almost entirely all day and night. He never talks about her, but he supports her well, and despite rarely being around, he seems to treasure her.

Anicho wanders the city at night in various neighborhoods wearing a cow-skull on his head, committing certain unknown acts of mischief. He never speaks, only the occasional ominous laughter can be heard, and even then it's usually when he's out of sight. People started calling him/it the "Minotaur"; no one really knows what his aim is or if he's even fully human (urban legend, or just that he's a mutant, take your pick). There are a lot of varying rumors in the different neighborhoods: that he is a masked vigilante, that he's a villain, a murderer, a vandal, a mutant monster, etc. Seems to even have something of a small cult following in some neighborhoods . . . No one as of yet knows anything more, or that the person behind the mask is Anicho.}
